Member Sales and Volunteer Information

Volunteer Sign Up

Volunteers for setting up & tearing down shouldn’t arrive more than an hour early unless you are coming for fun.
Vendors can arrive earlier to set up in the lower greenhouse.

To volunteer or sell at the members table you must be a member and have a registered login with the NWOS website with a member status.
To sell plants at the show at the member table, you must also volunteer (set-up, trophy judging, repotting table, breakdown, sales, cashiering or hosting.)
There is a 20% donation on each plant sold at the NWOS member table. There are no restrictions on the types of plants you can sell, but we encourage mostly orchid sales.

If you believe there is an issue with your membership please contact Sean Hoyt.
If you are having problems with your NWOS Website login please send an email to the Webmaster.
